And
friendships that can last a lifetime
During the year there are
at least three quarterly seminars and other various activities scheduled to
continue education, fine tunes skills and keep up with market trends. These
seminars generally consist of one-day events with well-known speakers who
present subjects of interest to all of us aspiring to learn and achieve
greater success in our field of photography.
Additionally once a year,
during the fall, we get together for our annual convention, which runs three
days and includes one of the largest photographic trade shows and print
competitions in the area.
As a member of IPPA, you
are invited and encouraged to submit articles with helpful hints or stories
for other IPPA members to read. Membership also gives you the chance to make
new friends and learn what other professional photographers are doing and how
they are solving some of the same problems and challenges you may have.
All members of IPPA are expected to uphold
and abide by the IPPA Code of Ethics. If you are a professional or aspiring
professional photographer, come to an event, see what its about and join us.
