HistoryIPPA’s third annual mock print competition and pizza party began as a way to get insight and feedback on prints being prepared for national PPA competition. It’s a great opportunity to bring your 8x10 or larger (mounted preferred) prints to be reviewed and critiqued by several of our master members who routinely also judge the IPPA competitions. The insights you receive at this mock competition will enable you to make any adjustments to your print(s) or print titles prior to sending them to PPA’s National Print Competition (June 8) or even IPPA’s print competition in October. As you choose and prepare your prints, remember all prints are judged according to PPA’s 12 Elements of a Merit Print as the ‘Gold Standard’ When May 21, 9:30 am – 1:30 pm (or until finished) PPA National Print Competition deadline is June 8th.
