Robert Lino is known for the elegance and feeling of his portraits, following the classic guidelines while breaking rules to create images that are very natural and flattering. He will share his techniques for communicating with the client and the importance of body language to convey the message of an image. ”The small details make the big difference.”
Robert Lino started in the field of photography in 1975 in Miami, Florida. His style of photography follows the lines of classical portraiture, formal and very elegant. Robert is recognized for his ability to direct and pose his clients. Although most of the emphasis is aimed towards proper posing, capturing the feeling of every image is his main objective.
Robert’s major professional satisfaction comes from the opportunities to share his experiences with other professionals in the field. He has presented educational seminars in many different programs at the PPA National Convention, WPPI International Convention and other Photographers Conventions in Mexico, Spain, Canada, Guatemala, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and the Bahamas; as well as presentations, including week-long courses, in cities throughout the U.S. and Latin America. His programs are presented in English and Spanish. Participants in these courses often describe Robert Lino as someone who “really teaches, in simple terms…”
